Engraving Charges: Normally free engraving included with your purchase. Free setup included for a basic layout with approved artwork supplied. Additional charges may apply for logos or special projects.
Proofs: Layouts for your project will be emailed as pdf's but only as requested.
Minimum Orders: There is no minimum.
Production Time: Please allow 4-5 business days for your project to be completed. Unless it is a special order where we need at least 7-10 days.
Sales: All project orders must be paid in full at time of pickup. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express.

Please be aware though that in crystal or acrylic awards, minor variations may occur, such as bubbles, flow lines. These are not considered defects which we can repair but we always try to make sure our products are as flawless as possible
