Customer Provided Materials - Absolute Awards cannot guarantee the results of products provided by customer because Absolute Awards does not know the composition of materials. Absolute Awards is not liable for replacement of items provided by customer. Once customer pays for our customization services they are agreeing to this notice.
Proofs - At time of order, if requested by customer, we will email a layout for our customers to review in the form of a PDF. Once proof is approved we will proceed into production. We will personalize your item exactly to the proof that was approved. We do not correct spellings or other grammatical typos as names and places can have unique spellings. So we encourage our customers to carefully review all proofs sent. All changes to proofs must be made in the form of emails to ensure nothing is misunderstood or misread.
Productions times - Please allow 5-7 business days for completion of your project unless our customer requested a different completion date.
Please allow 7-10 business days for completion of your crystal/glass project.
A $50 Same Day Rush Fee will be added for orders requested same day completions.
A $25 rush fee for next day will be added to invoice for 2 day requests.
Company Logos - we require file formats including AI, PDF (high resolution print quality), .EPS for us to customize with your company logo (we will not be able to use jpgs, bmp, tiff, pngs)
